3.3.6. Giải pháp 6: Nâng cao cơ sở hạ tầng kho bãi, đầu tư thêm phương tiện
vận chuyển
¾ Mục tiêu của giải pháp
- Nâng cao cơ sở hạ tầng và trang thiết bị phục vụ cho nhu cầu giao nhận hàng
hóa, cung cấp cho khách hàng những dịch vụ có chất lượng cao nhất
- Nhằm mang lại sự hài lòng cho khách hàng về môi trường an toàn trong việc
bảo quản hàng hóa, cơ sở hiện đại.
¾ Cách thức thực hiện giải pháp
- Công ty Việt Hoa cần nâng cấp, mở rộng hệ thống kho bãi vừa giúp công ty
tiết kiệm được một khoản chi phí đáng kể cho việc thuê kho ngoài khi lượng hàng
hóa quá tải, vừa mở rộng được dịch vụ cho thuê kho bãi, bổ sung phần nào lợi
nhuận của công ty.

- Đối với việc kinh doanh kho vận, công ty cần trang bị các trang thiết bị hiện
đại hơn phục vụ cho việc bốc dỡ, bảo quản, vận chuyển hàng hoá... đồng thời đưa
hệ thống máy tính vào kho để tạo thuận lợi trong quá trình thực hiện các nghiệp vụ
ở kho.
- Tận dụng tối đa thể tích và trọng tải của phương tiện vận tải nhằm giảm thiểu
các chi phí, tạo ra lợi thế cạnh tranh cho doanh nghiệp.
- Định kỳ sửa chữa thấy thế trang thiết bị, máy móc kho hàng cũng như kiểm
tra chất lượng vận tải của xe, nâng cấp đội xe chở hàng để phục vụ tận nơi cho
khách nhanh chóng, đúng hạn, tránh tình trạng hư hỏng xảy ra trong quá trình vận
chuyển hàng hóa.
- Vì thời gian sử dụng tương đối lâu nên nền kho đã cũ kĩ và có nhiều nơi
xuống cấp, công ty nên tu bổ nâng cấp lại nền kho hàng để việc bảo quản hàng hóa
hiệu quả hơn.
- Hiện nay công ty chỉ có 03 Xe tải nhẹ nên thường xuyên thiếu xe vận chuyển
hàng lẻ, làm cho nhân viên của phòng giao nhận phải chờ đợi xe tới để nhận hàng
mà thời gian này thì tương đối lâu, công ty có thể đầu tư thêm xe tải nhẹ nữa để
nâng cao hiệu quả giao nhận, đồng thời tiết kiệm được chi phí dài hạn trong việc
thuê xe ngoài.
- Tận dụng tối đa diện tích kho hàng, đối với những lô hàng lẻ nên có cách bố
trí diện tích cho hợp lý, xây thêm kệ để xếp hàng lẻ, như vậy vừa tiết kiệm được
diện tích tối đa vừa mang lại cảm giác an toàn cho khách hàng khi hàng hóa được
bảo quản tốt.
