Nhà đầu tư nước ngoài muốn đầu tư t

Nhà đầu tư nước ngoài muốn đầu tư tại Vieetn Nam trước tiên phải xin chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, thủ tục gồm:
1. Văn bản đề nghị thực hiện dự án đầu tư (theo mẫu).
2. Đề xuất dự án đầu tư
3. Bản sao một trong các tài liệu sau: báo cáo tài chính 02 năm gần nhất của nhà đầu tư; cam kết hỗ trợ tài chính của công ty mẹ; cam kết hỗ trợ tài chính của tổ chức tài chính; bảo lãnh về năng lực tài chính của nhà đầu tư; tài liệu thuyết minh năng lực tài chính của nhà đầu tư;
4. Đề xuất nhu cầu sử dụng đất.
5. Sơ đồ vị trí địa điểm, bản đồ hiện trạng khu đất (nếu có).
6. Văn bản xác nhận tư cách pháp lý của nhà đầu tư (Bản sao CMND, thẻ căn cước hoặc hộ chiếu đối với nhà đầu tư là cá nhân; bản sao Giấy chứng nhận thành lập hoặc tài liệu tương đương khác của tổ chức).

Foreign investors wanting to invest in South Vieetn must first get approval of investment policy and procedures, including:
1. Text proposed investment project (form).
2. Proposed investment projects
3. A copy of one of the following documents: financial statements 02 most recent years of the investors; pledged financial support of its parent company; pledged financial support of financial institutions; guarantee the financial capacity of investors; documents explaining the financial capacity of investors;
4. Proposed land use needs.
5. Location location maps, maps of land (if any).
6. Documents certifying the legal status of the investor (copy of ID card, ID card or passport for individual investors, a copy certificate of establishment or other equivalent documents of the organization).
