Nếu Công ty được lựa chọn cung cấp các dịch vụ bảo hiểm cho bảo hiểm rủi ro hoạt động của Techcombank thông qua đánh giá phê duyệt lựa chọn/ tổ chức đầu thầu/ xét giá/ tái tục hợp đồng hàng năm, Công ty phải thực hiện đúng các cam kết và nghĩa vụ được quy định theo các Hợp đồng cung cấp dịch vụ bảo hiểm đã ký kết.Phù hợp với các điều khoản và điều kiện chung quy định tại Hợp đồng nguyên tắc này, tùy từng thời điểm, Techcombank và Công ty sẽ ký kết Hợp đồng dịch vụ cụ thể để thỏa thuận về việc triển khai từng dịch vụ cụ thể bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn việc thỏa thuận về nội dung dịch vụ, phí dịch vụ, quy trình thực hiện và các vấn đề khác liên quan đến Dịch vụ đó. Các Bên nhất trí rằng, các Hợp đồng cụ thể là một phần không tách rời của Hợp đồng nguyên tắc này. Trong trường hợp giữa Hợp đồng cụ thể và Hợp đồng nguyên tắc này có quy định không thống nhất về cùng một vấn đề thì quy định tại Hợp đồng cụ thể sẽ được ưu tiên áp dụng.
