Trong trường hợp có yêu cầu của cơ quan pháp luật có thẩm quyền về việc cung cấp thông tin, Nhà thầu phụ có thể công bố thông tin bảo mật theo quy định của các cơ quan pháp luật nhưng trước khi cung cấp phải báo cho FIS được biết về những thông tin phải cung cấp
