2 Công tác quản lí đất đai Việt Nam
Đến nay cả nước đã cấp được 41.757.000 Giấy chứng nhận với diện tích 22.963.000 ha, đạt 94,9% diện tích cần cấp các loại đất chính. Tất cả các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương đều cơ bản hoàn thành mục tiêu cấp Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất theo Nghị quyết số 30/2012/QH13 của Quốc hội.
Thực hiện mục tiêu xây dựng hệ thống thông tin, cơ sở dữ liệu đất đai, trong thời gian qua, Bộ đã tập trung chỉ đạo, hướng dẫn và kiểm tra việc tổ chức thực hiện xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu địa chính trong trên phạm vi cả nước. Đến nay, đã có 121/709 đơn vị cấp huyện đang vận hành cơ sở dữ liệu đất đai (59 đơn vị cấp huyện thuộc 9 tỉnh, thành phố thực hiện dự án VLAP, 62 đơn vị cấp huyện thuộc Dự án tổng thể), trong đó có 59 đơn vị cấp huyện thuộc Dự án VLAP đã vận hành và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu đất đai liên thông ở cả 3 cấp: Xã - Huyện - Tỉnh, điển hình là Vĩnh Long đã hoàn chỉnh mô hình xây dựng và vận hành cơ sở dữ liệu đất đai toàn tỉnh. Đối với Dự án xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu đất lúa, đến nay, đã hoàn thiện việc xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu đất lúa cho 9027 đơn vị cấp xã. Một số các tỉnh đã cơ bản hoàn thành công tác xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu địa chính nhưng vẫn chưa vận hành cơ sở dữ liệu đất đai như: thành phố Yên Bái - Yên Bái, huyện Tân Lạc - Hoà Bình, huyện Lộc Bình - Lạng Sơn, thành phố Nam Định - Nam Định, thị xã Ba Đồn - Quảng Bình, thị xã Buôn Hồ - Đắk Lắk, thành phố Bạc Liêu - Bạc Liêu.
