3.1 Contents 1: Isolation and identification of bacteria
isolated bacteria in subjects including: (i) groups of pathogenic bacteria on the fish, catfish and red tilapia; (ii) a group of bacteria in the intestinal tract of the animal subjects (including E. coli). Bacteria will be isolated on the general environment and specific environment of each species of bacteria.
All bacteria isolated strains will be identified to species by both methods: the traditional biochemical methods (including the bacterial identification kit API) and molecular biological methods (PCR implementation and sequencing).
