Báo cáo công việc thực hiện công việc bảo trì động cơ giảm tốc tại công ty Cổ Phần Gạch Men TASA – Khu công nghiệp Thụy Vân – Việt Trì ¬– Phú Thọ.

Ngày 29/11/2015 :
- Sáng di chuyển từ Hà Nội đi Phú Thọ
- Chiều liên hệ với anh Huy phiên dịch cho công ty MODENA đơn vị lắp máy cho TASA
+ Phối hợp với bộ phận bảo trì TASA kiểm đếm số motor giảm tốc bị sự cố .
+ Có tổng cộng 38 motor bị sự cố trong đó có :
• 9 motor giảm tốc trên dàn sấy mới lắp đặt đang vận hành thử không tải .
• 29 motor giảm tốc trên dàn sấy đã vận hành từ tháng 11/2014.
+ Tháo 1 motor giảm tốc ra xem tình trạng hư hỏng .
+ Mỡ bò tràn ngược từ hộp giảm tốc vào phần motor ( hình ảnh đính kèm )
+ Phốt chặn bị hỏng ( hình ảnh đính kèm )
+ Bạc đạn và nhông truyền động còn tốt .
Ngày 30/11/2015 :
- Thực hiện việc tháo 9 motor từ dàn sấy mới lắp đặt xuống để sửa chữa .
- Công việc sửa chữa được tiến hành theo quy trình :
+ Lấy hết mỡ bò trong phần motor ra ngoài
+ Xịt WD 40 vào phần motor và lấy khí nén xịt sạch mỡ bò còn bám lại trong motor .
+ Lau lại motor
+ Tháo phốt chặn dầu cũ ra và thay phốt mới vào .
+ Thêm mỡ bò mới vào hộp giảm tốc
+ Lắp lại motor và hộp giảm tốc
- Gắn motor giảm tốc trở lại dàn sấy và cho vận hành thử tiếp tục .
Hoàn thành việc sửa chữa 9 motor giảm tốc trên dàn sấy mới lắp đặt .
Còn 29 motor giảm tốc trên dàn sấy cũ không thực hiện sửa chữa .

Complete the repair 9 motor deceleration on staging new drying installation. 29 motor deceleration on staging the old drying does not perform the repair. On 31/12/2015 Move back to Hanoi
