5.1. Trong trường hợp một bên bị ản

5.1. Trong trường hợp một bên bị ảnh hưởng bởi sự kiện bất khả kháng buộc phải tạm ngưng thực hiện nghĩa vụ quy định trong Hợp đồng này, thì trong vòng 48 giờ kể từ khi xảy ra sự kiện bất khả kháng, bên đó phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên kia về nguyên nhân của việc tạm ngưng, dự kiến thời gian và biện pháp khắc phục ảnh hưởng của trường Hợp bất khả kháng. Bên bị ảnh hưởng bởi sự kiện bất khả kháng phải có trách nhiệm áp dụng mọi hành động hợp lý cần thiết để khắc phục hoặc giảm bớt ảnh hưởng của trường hợp bất khả kháng và phải nhanh chóng khôi phục việc thực hiện nghĩa vụ Hợp đồng này trong thời gian sớm nhất.

5.1. in the case of a party affected by the force majeure event forced national service set forth in this agreement, shall within 48 hours of the event, that party must notify the other party in writing about the cause of the suspensionscheduled time and remedy the effects of the force majeure circumstances. Party affected by the force majeure event must have the responsibility to adopt all reasonable actions necessary to remedy or alleviate the effects of unforeseen circumstances and must quickly restore the service in this contract in the shortest time.

5.1. In case a party affected by the force majeure event shall suspend implementation of the obligations specified in this Agreement, within 48 hours of the occurrence of force majeure, it shall notify the in writing to the other party about the cause of the suspension, the expected timing and remedies affected by force majeure circumstances. Parties affected by the force majeure event shall be responsible for taking all reasonable actions necessary to remedy or alleviate the effects of the force majeure and must quickly restore the implementation of contract obligations in the shortest time.
