Trong trường hợp bên A cần sự hỗ trợ mà không thể liên lạc được với nhân viên kỹ thuật của bên B, Bên A có trách nhiệm liên lạc với các số điện thoại đã nêu trong hợp đồng này để yêu cầu bố trí nhân sự hỗ trợ. Nếu liên hệ với bộ phận hỗ trợ mà vẫn không thực hiện kiểm tra khắc phục sự cố Bên B sẽ phải chịu phạt 1% giá trị hợp đồng cho mỗi lần vi phạm. Việc xác định số lần vi phạm căn cứ vào số lần thông báo bằng email mà Bên A gửi đến người có trách nhiệm của Bên B sau khi vụ việc xảy ra mà không được hỗ trợ kịp thời.
