Ngày 13/12/2014, Mercedes-Benz Việt Nam và đại lý ủy quyền Vietnam Star Automobile đã chính thức đưa vào hoạt động Mercedes-Benz Autohaus tại thành phố Nha Trang. Đây là Autohaus thứ 11 của Mercedes-Benz và thứ 5 của riêng đại lý ủy quyền Vietnam Star, thể hiện rõ cam kết đầu tư lâu dài và tham vọng của Mercedes-Benz tại thị trường Việt Nam.
Vietnam Star Nha Trang là đại lý được Mercedes-Benz ủy quyền với các chức năng của một Autohaus 4S đầu tiên tại khu vực miền Trung Việt Nam bao gồm bán hàng, dịch vụ, thay thế phụ tùng chính hãng và khảo sát. Với tổng diện tích 1.200 m2, Vietnam Star Nha Trang sở hữu một showroom có thể trưng bày 5 xe và một xưởng dịch vụ hiện đại với các trang thiết bị và công cụ chuẩn đoán theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế của Mercedes-Benz. Xưởng dịch vụ này có tổng cộng 4 trạm làm việc, có thể cung cấp đầy đủ các dịch vụ bao gồm thay thế phụ tùng chính hãng, bảo dưỡng định kỳ, sửa chữa cho khoảng 10 xe mỗi ngày. Đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên và tư vấn dịch vụ tại Vietnam Star Nha Trang đã được Mercedes-Benz đào tạo chuyên sâu theo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật toàn cầu.
Ông Michael Behrens, Tổng Giám đốc Mercedes-Benz Việt Nam chia sẻ: “Song song với việc phát triển mạnh về mặt doanh số, MBV cũng luôn đầu tư vào mảng bán hàng và dịch vụ. Autohaus tại Nha Trang nằm trong gói đầu tư 5 triệu USD để nâng cấp và mở rộng hệ thống đại lý của chúng tôi, chỉ riêng trong năm 2014. Với Autohaus mới tại Nha Trang, chúng tôi đã chủ động tiếp cận và chăm sóc các khách hàng ở khu vực Duyên Hải Nam Trung Bộ và Tây Nguyên.”
