Đọc và nắm vững bản vẽ thi công, các biện pháp thi công được duyệt tại công trình. Nắm vững tiến độ, khối lượng của từng hạng mục thi công, các quy định về các tiêu chuẩn thi công; hoàn thiện công trình.
- Triển khai thi công, giám sát thi công theo bản vẽ thiết kế, bản vẽ biện pháp thi công được duyệt, thực hiện thi công hoàn thiện công trình.
- Tổ chức thực hiện công tác nghiệm thu nội bộ, nghiệm thu tư vấn giám sát;
- Lập, triển khai, theo dõi tiến độ thi công tuần, tháng dựa trên tổng tiến độ được phê duyệt;
- Quản lý, giám sát các tổ đội thi công, thầu phụ theo phân công của Ban chỉ huy công trình;
- Họp với các tổ đội thi công trực tiếp nếu cần thiết;
- Thực hiện một số công việc khác theo khả năng chuyên môn khi được Ban chỉ huy công trình hoặc lãnh đạo công ty phân giao.

- Manage and supervise the construction teams, as assigned by the subcontractor Steering Committee of the project;
- Meeting with construction teams directly if necessary;
- Perform other duties as some expertise when the steering committee or leadership assignment company.
