Kế toán tổng hợp tại Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Vifotex Việt Nam
- Tiếp nhận, phân loại và hạch toán hóa đơn, chứng từ vào phần mềm kế toán Misa
- Lập các Báo cáo kho, quỹ, doanh thu….theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
- Lập Báo cáo thuế hàng quý
- Lập Báo cáo tài chính năm
- Soạn thảo Hợp đồng thương mại với các đối tác
- Thực hiện các giao dịch với Ngân hàng qua Internet Banking và thủ công
- Thực hiện các thủ tục với cơ quan Thuế, Bảo hiểm,….
- Chuẩn bị chứng từ và làm Tờ khai hải quan xuất nhập khẩu thông qua phần mềm khai hải quan điện tử.
- In ấn, sắp xếp và lưu giữ chứng từ, sổ sách kế toán của Công ty.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ sổ sách và các thủ tục để xin hoàn thuế GTGT.
- Cân đối thu chi, tư vấn cho cấp trên về vấn đề tài chính, kế toán khi có yêu cầu.
