Về gợi ý những giải pháp phát triển nhân lực, một số nghiên cứu như Phát triển nhân lực chất lượng cao cho ngành ngân hàng Việt Nam (PGS.TS Nguyễn Thị Mùi – 2012); phát triển nhân lực chất lượng cao với việc thực hiện chiến lược tái cơ cấu ngân hàng Việt Nam (PGS.TS Nguyễn Đăng Bằng); Thiếu nhân lực chất lượng cao trong ngành tài chính ngân hàng (Vietbao.vn);Phát triển nhân lực cấp cao trong lĩnh vực tài chính ngân hàng (Lê Cường – www.tapchitaichinh.vn) và một số luận văn tốt nghiệp khóa trước… đã đưa ra những gợi ý về cơ chế, chính sách. Một số tham luận, hội thảo, bài báo khác cũng đưa ra những điểm cần lưu ý trong phát triển nguồn nhân lực tại các ngân hàng thương mại. Tuy nhiên, những gợi ý nêu trên chủ yếu dừng lại ở dạng các kiến nghị cấp vĩ mô, riêng lẻ mà chưa xây dựng thành một hệ thống cơ chế, chính sách, giải pháp cụ thể đối với một ngân hàng thương mại.
