ĐIỀU 6: ĐIỀU KHỎAN CHUNG
- Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng, đầy đủ và nghiêm chỉnh các điều khoản đã ký của hợp đồng này
- Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng nếu nảy sinh những bất đồng, hai bên sẽ bàn bạc, giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác bình đẳng, thương lượng hữu nghị. Mọi thay đổi, bổ sung phải được lập thành văn bản và được sự đồng ý của hai bên mới có giá trị thi hành.
- Mọi tranh chấp nếu không giải quyết được bằng thương lượng sẽ được đưa ra tòa án có thẩm quyền giải quyết, phán quyết của tòa án có giá trị cuối cùng, án phí do bên thua chịu.
- Hợp đồng này được lập thành 02 bản, mỗi bên giữ 01 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau và có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.
- Hợp đồng xem như được thanh lý xong nêu trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày các bên đã thực hiện hòan tất các nghĩa vụ và quyền lợi theo các điều khỏan ghi trong hợp đồng mà không có bất kỳ khiếu nại nào.
