Tôi là một hướng dẫn viên du lịch tự do. Công việc của tôi là cộng tác với các công ty du lịch để dẫn du khách đi tham quan, du lịch khắp nơi trên mọi miền đất nước việt nam. Cho đến nay tôi đã có bốn năm kinh nghiệm trong nghề. tất nhiên tôi đã phải trải qua rất nhiều khó khăn để trở thành một hướng dẫn chuyên nghiệp và tạo dựng được uy tín với nhiều đối tác như hôm nay. Tuy nhiên, trước đây tôi đã từng phạm phải một sai lầm nghiêm trọng đó là : không giữ uy tín. Chuyện xảy ra vào một ngày cuối tháng 4 năm 2012, khi tôi đã làm việc được một năm. Hôm đó tôi nhận được một cuộc điện thoại từ công ty du lịch khám phá việt nam gọi tôi đi tour đồng bằng sông cửu long 4 ngày, khởi hành từ ngày 29/4. Tôi đồng ý và ghi chú vào lịch làm việc. Ngày hôm sau, tôi nhận được điện thoại từ công ty du lịch vietnamtourism gọi tôi đi tour đà nẵng – huế - hội an 6 ngày, khởi hành từ ngày 28/4. Nghĩa là trùng ngày với tour mekong tôi đã nhận. Tuy nhiên vì tour đà nẵng đi dài ngày hơn nên tôi sẽ kiếm được nhiều tiền hơn, tôi suy nghĩ một chút và đồng ý sẽ thực hiện tour Đà Nẵng cho công ty Vietnamtourism. Chắc chắn bạn sẽ thắc mắc :” sao tôi có thể thực hiện 2 tour vào cùng một ngày?”. Và tôi đã làm một việc ngu ngốc là gọi lại cho công ty khám phá việt nam để hủy tour đã nhận với lý do bận việc gia đình. Người đại diện công ty tỏ vẻ không hài lòng nhưng vẫn miễn cưỡng chấp nhận sau khi tôi đưa ra nhiều lý do hợp lý và lời xin lỗi chân thành. Mọi việc sẽ không quá tệ nếu như vào ngày tôi ở đà nẵng tôi không gặp đúng người đại diện công ty khám phá việt nam đã làm việc với tôi qua điện thoại khi đang dẫn khách đi tham quan.
