Những năm qua, kinh tế Việt Nam có những bước phát triển nhanh chóng, tuy nhiên cơ sở hạ tầng vẫn trong tình trạng yếu kém, qui mô nhỏ bé, hầu hết chưa đạt yêu cầu kĩ thuật. giao thông vận tải chưa hiện đại, các khu vực phát triển chưa được quy hoạch hết, cơ sỏ vật chất của trường học và trung tâm y tế còn hạn chế. Điện năng chưa đáp ứng đủ nhu cầu sản xuất và chi phí cho điện năng và viễn thông còn cao. mặc dù Đảng và nhà nước đang không ngừng đầu tư và phát triển hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng nhưng vẫn chưa đáp ứng kịp và họ không ngừng kêu gọi đầu tư nước ngoài vào việt nam.

Through the years, the economy of Vietnam have grown rapidly, but the infrastructure is still in poor condition, small scale, most have not reached the technical requirements. yet modern transportation, the development zone has not been planned out, the light material of school and medical centre are limited. Electricity is not yet sufficient to meet the needs of production and costs for electricity and telecommunications are also high. Although the party and State are constantly investing and developing infrastructure systems but has yet to meet up and they don't stop calling for foreign investment in Vietnam.
