BệNH NHÂN CHấN THƯƠNG Sọ NÃO nặng nhận các điểm thấp cho các chỉ số Braden do hôn mê, suy giảm ý thức – nhận thức, hạn chế hoạt động – vận động, thường xuyên chịu sự tác động của áp lực do bị nằm liệt giường.
