Nhật Bản sẽ đào tạo công nghệ Minimal Fab cho Việt Nam

Ngày 15/9/2015, Ban Quản lý Khu Công nghệ cao Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (SHTP) và Tổ hợp nghiên cứu phát triển công nghệ xưởng cực tiểu (Minimal Fab Development Association-MINIMAL) đã ký kết biên bản hợp tác nghiên cứu và phát triển xưởng cực tiểu (Minimal Fab).

Đây là công nghệ chế tạo vi mạch mới mà các nhà khoa học và doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản đang phát triển và lần đầu tiên đồng ý hợp tác để hỗ trợ đào tạo và chuyển giao công nghệ này cho SHTP.

Theo ông Yasuyuki Harada, Tổng Giám đốc đại diện Nhật Bản, dây chuyền xưởng cực tiểu này, kể cả về kích thước nhỏ gọn, cũng như về khoản vốn đầu tư thấp, đều rất thích hợp đối với Việt Nam trong giai đoạn phát triển nền công nghiệp bán dẫn vi mạch.
