IntroductionNowadays, English has an important role in everyday life interactions. In the global era, English becomes the international language for business, civil engineering, political and other fields. This project will investigate the influence of electronic devices to the capability of comprehension among students as well as the passion of studying English. The proposal is based on student comprehension in English lesson in A5 building and the negative effect of the lack of electronic devices in studying EnglishA short survey was conducted among students and teachers who often studied English in A5 building. The survey will help us to investigate the difficulties of English and which electronic devices would be the best support in studying English. Therefore, we could improve the facility of A5 classrooms to help students in ThuyLoi University study more effectively. Figure 1.The lack of electronic devices such as speakers, computers or televisions also affects the motivation of students in English lessons. According to Sarah Fudin, technology can be a great asset in ESL classrooms, offering authentic writing activities and endless resources on grammar instruction, lesson plans and other topics. After conducting the survey, we found out that studying English in traditional way was not attractive students. One student wrote on the survey, "English center like ACET has really good equipment in the library to self-study English". Furthermore, all most of students said that they had to find English center outside the university to improve their skills since the lack of facilities in A5 building. Both Mr. Hung and Ms. Linh-English teachers in ThuyLoi University thought that projectors, speakers and computers should be equipped in classrooms in order to improve the ability of listening, speaking, presentation and group work. By equipping electronic devices, we could increase not only the capability of comprehension among students but also the interest in English lesson.We hope to find out the best solution to improve the English skills of student in ThuyLoi University. This research will be considered as the simulation plan to help our teacher determine whether we should keep applying the traditional teaching methods, or equip some electronic devices to improve the students ' ability in studying English.The following sections of this memo include the proposed tasks, the schedule, our experience, the proposed budget for the research, and the references cited.
