1. MỤC ĐÍCH
Nhằm giải quyết công việc tiếp nhận và trả kết quả nhanh gọn, khoa học các lượt chỉ định xét nghiệm của người bệnh đáp ứng tốt nhu cầu khám chữa bệnh của bác sĩ và người bệnh.
2. PHẠM VI ÁP DỤNG
- Phòng lấy mẫu Khoa Huyết học – Truyền máu, Bệnh viện Quận Thủ Đức;
- Người bệnh ngoại trú tại phòng khám;
- Người bệnh tự đến xét nghiệm;
- Người bệnh thuộc diện hợp đồng khám sức khỏe với Bệnh viện;
- Khoa Huyết học truyền máu – Bệnh viện Quận Thủ Đức;
- Phòng khám của các khoa.
3. ĐỐI TƯỢNG THỰC HIỆN
- Điều dưỡng tại phòng lấy máu;
- Kỹ thuật viên tại Khoa Huyết học truyền máu.

7. NỘI DUNG
7.1. Người bệnh nộp giấy xét nghiệm
Yêu cầu NB đóng mộc kiểm soát hoặc đóng tiền.
Yêu cầu NB nộp giấy chỉ định vào đúng nơi quy định và ngồi ghế chờ.
Ưu tiên các bệnh nhân:
- Trẻ em dưới 6 tuổi;
- Người khuyết tật nặng;
- Người trên 80 tuổi;
- Người có công với cách mạng;
- Phụ nữ có thai;
- Người bệnh đăng ký khám dịch vụ;
- Người bệnh thuộc diện hợp đồng khám sức khỏe với bệnh viện (Có giấy giới thiệu của cơ quan);
- Người bệnh đã có kết quả CLS;
- Người bệnh chuyển phòng khám.
Viết giấy hẹn cho NB: Thời gian trả kết quả dựa theo chỉ định XN và qui định của từng Khoa/ Phòng.
Mời lấy máu theo thứ tự.
7.2. Lấy mẫu xét nghiệm
Mời NB ngồi, hỏi thông tin NB (Tên, tuổi…), so sánh với giấy chỉ định XN.
Chuẩn bị dụng cụ đựng bệnh phẩm tùy vào từng loại XN.
Dán số ID và ghi đầy đủ thông tin NB lên dụng cụ đựng bệnh phẩm trùng với NB và thông tin trên giấy chỉ định.
Trấn an NB, quan sát, chọn và sát khuẩn vùng lấy máu theo đúng quy trình kỹ thuật.
Lấy đúng và đủ số lượng máu cần thiết theo quy định.
7.3. Thời gian thực hiện xét nghiệm
Xét nghiệm Huyết học:
- Tổng phân tích tế bào máu: 30 phút.
- Các xét nghiệm đông máu: 40 phút.
- Xét nghiệm nhóm máu ABO, Rh: 30 phút.
- Các xét nghiệm test (HP test, Dengue Test, Sốt rét…): 40 phút.
- Tốc độ máu lắng: 150 phút.
- Phết máu ngoại biên: 40 phút.
- Nghiệm pháp Coombs: 60 phút.
Xét nghiệm Sinh hóa miễn dịch: Theo quy định của khoa Sinh hoá miễn dịch.
Xét nghiệm Vi sinh: Theo quy định của khoa Vi sinh.
7.4. Trả kết quả xét nghiệm
Kết quả xét nghiệm được kiểm tra và ký duyệt trên máy tính và kết quả được chuyển trực tiếp cho phòng khám mà người bệnh khám qua phần mềm hệ thống mạng nội bộ và người bệnh nhận kết quả trực tiếp tại phòng khám.
