Về mặt tài chính, chi nhánh sẽ tự cân đối dòng tiền kinh doanh, sử dụng vốn tự có hay vốn vay.
- Tổng Diện tích đất: 50.000 m2, diện tích đất đang sử dụng để xây dựng nhà xưởng và các công trình phụ trợ: 12.051 m2, diện tích nhà xưởng là 9.495 m2.
- Giá trị tài sản cố định (nhà cửa, vật kiến trúc, máy móc thiết bị, phương tiện vận tải còn lại tại ngày 31.12.2015: 8.373 triệu đồng.
- Chi phí thuê đất trả tiền một lần tại KCN Lê Minh Xuân tại thời điểm 31.12.2015 là 21.143 triệu đồng./.
- Số lượng lao động bình quân tại chi nhánh: 200 lao động.
- Về cơ cấu tổ chức chi nhánh bao gồm: Ban giám đốc, Phòng kế hoạch, Phòng Vật tư – kinh doanh, Phòng Hành chính quản trị, Phòng Quản lý sản xuất, Phân xưởng cơ điện, phân xưởng đột dập, phân xưởng xe máy, phân xưởng tráng men.
- Ban lãnh đạo chi nhánh bao gồm: Giám đốc chi nhánh, 01 phó giám đốc phụ trách sản xuất và trưởng Phòng kế toán.
- Về kinh nghiệm ban lãnh đạo:
+ Ông Phạm Hồng Hưng – Giám đốc chi nhánh đã tốt nghiệp Đại học Bách Khoa Hà Nội, ông Hưng đã gắn bó với Chi nhánh từ những ngày đầu xây dựng nhà máy số 5. Ông Hưng là người khá nhanh nhẹn, có kiến thức chuyên môn và tâm huyết với sự phát triển của chi nhánh. Trong thời gian vừa qua, ông Hưng đã điều hành chi nhánh tương đối tốt, hoạt động kinh của chi nhánh có hiệu quả.
+ Ông Nguyễn Thành Trung – PGĐ Điều hành đã có 12 năm công tác và làm quản lý tại một công ty sản xuất của Nhật. Ông Trung bắt đầu làm việc tại chi nhánh công ty từ năm 2014.
- Doanh thu năm 2015 của chi nhánh là 103.294 triệu đồng, lợi nhuận trước thuế 2.355 triệu đồng.
- Đến thời điểm hiện tại, Chi nhánh Công ty đang sản xuất hơn 40 sản phẩm cơ khí các loại. Các nhóm sản phẩm chính tiêu biểu của công ty bao gồm:
