Sau khi đọc các điều kiện hoãn hủy của HC, bên A đồng ý rằng :
Trường hợp chưa được cấp Visa

Nếu báo sau khi bên B đã tiến hành làm thủ tục, thì bên A sẽ phải chịu các chi phí thực tế: lệ phí đăng kí, phí dịch hồ sơ, phí làm thư mời, phí phạt hủy đặt cọc vé máy bay...
- Nếu báo trong vòng 15 ngày Bên A sẽ phải chịu phạt 50% tiền tour trên tổng số khách hủy hoặc trong trường hợp đã đặt cọc sẽ hoàn lại 30% số tiền đặt cọc trên tổng số khách hủy. ( Theo quy định của HC, số tiền đặt cọc tối thiểu: 1500 EUR/ khách)
