41.1. Các sự kiện sau đây sẽ được

41.1. Các sự kiện sau đây sẽ được xem là Sự kiện bồi thường:
a) Chủ đầu tư không giao một phần mặt bằng Công trường vào Ngày tiếp nhận Công trường theo quy định tại Mục 18 ĐKC;
b) Chủ đầu tư sửa đổi lịch hoạt động của các Nhà thầu khác, làm ảnh hưởng đến công việc của Nhà thầu trong Hợp đồng này;
c) Chủ đầu tư thông báo trì hoãn công việc hoặc không cấp Bản vẽ, Thông số kỹ thuật hay các chỉ thị cần thiết để thực hiện Công trình đúng thời hạn;
d) Chủ đầu tư yêu cầu Nhà thầu tiến hành các thử nghiệm bổ sung nhưng kết quả không tìm thấy Sai sót;
đ) Chủ đầu tư không phê chuẩn hợp đồng sử dụng Nhà thầu phụ mà không có lý do xác đáng, hợp lý;
e) Chủ đầu tư yêu cầu giải quyết tình huống đột xuất hoặc công việc phát sinh cần thiết để bảo đảm an toàn công trình hoặc các lý do khác;
g) Tạm ứng chậm;
h) Nhà thầu chịu ảnh hưởng từ rủi ro của Chủ đầu tư;
i) Chủ đầu tư chậm cấp giấy chứng nhận hoàn thành công trình mà không có lý do hợp lý.

41.1. The following events will be considered compensation events:a) owner fails to deliver part side by The market on the date of receiving The market as prescribed in section 18 DKC;b) Investor modify Active calendar of other contractors, affecting the work of the contractor in this contract;c) Investor announced delay of work or non-drawings, specifications or instructions needed to perform the work on time;d) the owner requests contractor to conduct additional trials but results not found errors;DD) the owner does not approve the contract to use subcontractors without reasonable, logical;e) owner requires resolving irregular situations or work incurred necessary to assure the public works or other reasons;g) slow advance;h) contractors influenced the risk of the investor;I) investors to delay certification of completed works that have no logical reason.

a) The investor is not assigned a ground portion receiving Square on Square Day as stipulated in Section 18 DKC;
b) Owner revised schedule contractor of the other, affecting the work of the contractor under this contract;
c) the investor announced job delays or refusal of drawings, specifications, or instructions needed to carry the work is due;
d) investors require the contractor to carry out additional tests, but the results did not find flaws;
e) investors have not ratified the contract to use subcontractors without good reason and rationality;
e) investors require solving unexpected situations arise or work necessary to ensure the safety of the work or other reasons;
g) Advance slowly;
h) House contractors influenced the investor's risk;
i) investor slow completion certificate works without good reason.
