Hội Liên Hiệp Phụ nữ Việt Nam được cử đại diện ở quốc hội và chủ tịch của hội được quyền tham dự các cuộc họp thường kỳ của Hội Đồng Bộ Trưởng để bày tỏ quan điểm của Hội và đề nghị những điều lệ liên quan đến phụ nữ.
