Thưa ông Nick, theo như ông đã biết Mr.Pilat có đặt cọc cho Công ty cổ phần du lịch Hải Đảo của chúng tôi số tiền là 20.000.000 VNĐ và 2000 euro để mua căn hộ A05 tầng 02, dự án Cham Oasis Nha Trang.

Trong suốt khoảng thời gian đó, tôi chỉ được tiếp xúc và làm việc với người đại diện hợp pháp của Mr.Pilat tại Việt Nam là Luật sư Hậu, địa chỉ email:[e-mail], số điện thoại [phone]. Chúng tôi đã làm việc, trao đổi với luật sư Hậu nhiều lần để đi đến thống nhất hợp đồng của Mr.Pilat, đồng thời liên tục thông báo cho luật sư Hậu trong suốt 1 tháng vừa qua nhưng đến thời điểm này chúng tôi vẫn không nhận được bất cứ 1 thông tin phản hồi trực tiếp nào từ Mr.Pilat để sớm hoàn tất hợp đồng, gây thiệt hại cho chúng tôi trong suốt thời gian vừa qua.
Nay, chúng tôi xin thông báo, đến hết ngày 15 tháng 08 năm 2015, nếu chúng tôi vẫn không nhận được phản hồi của Mr.Pilat về việc tiếp tục ký kết hợp đồng và thực hiện tiếp các điều khoản đã giao ước thì xem như Mr.Pilat đơn phương chấm dứt thỏa thuận và sẽ không được thu hồi số tiền đã đặt cọc. Đồng thời căn hộ A05 tầng 02 của Mr.Pilat sẽ được chuyển sang cho chủ sở hữu hợp pháp khác.
Vì không thể liên hệ được với Mr.Pilat, chúng tôi xin phép được báo cáo với ông - Mr.Nick Totev về vấn đề này, mong ông hãy trao đổi rõ với Mr.Pilat để phản hồi cho chúng tôi trong khoảng thời gian sớm nhất để tránh gây thiệt hại tiếp tục cho chúng tôi hoặc đồng ý chuyển giao căn hộ A05 tầng 02 của ông ấy cho chủ sở hữu hợp pháp để thu hồi lại toàn bộ số tiền đã đặt cọc.
