4. Các đơn vị thực hiện các hạng mục khác cho Chủ đầu tư (nếu có) nên tự bảo quản trang thiết bị và vật tư của mình, ngoài ra vật tư và phụ kiện dùng để thi công không được sử dụng chung hoặc lấy vật tư tại công trường nhằm tránh tanh chấp không đáng có. Chủ đầu tư có trách nhiệm nhắc nhở các đơn vị hoàn thiện này giữ vệ sinh chung an toàn cho công trình cũng như vật tư sử dụng. Đơn vị thi công các hạng mục đó có trách nhiệm dọn vệ sinh hàng ngày và vận chuyển rác thi công của họ đi đổ.
5.
