Khi có được đơn hàng xuất thì cân, kéo tại kho và có thông tin chi tiết sẽ tiến hành khai tờ khai.

- Sau khi đã tiến hành khai tờ khai xong, đem tờ khai và những chứng từ có liên quan cần thiết đến bộ phận đăng ký tờ khai hàng xuất để đăng ký tờ khai.

+ Nếu tờ khai được phân luồng " Xanh" thông quan thì không cần phải đăng ký tờ khai mà chỉ cần đem tờ khai ra Hải Quan giám sát và tiến hành thanh lý tờ khai.

+ Nếu tờ khai được phân luồng "Vàng" thì chỉ đem tờ khai và chứng từ liên quan đến bộ phận đăng ký tờ khai để đăng ký với cơ quan Hải Quan.

+ Nếu tờ khai được phân luồng " Đỏ" sau khi đăng ký với bộ phận đăng ký tờ khai xong thì thông báo với Hải Quan kiểm hóa sau khi tờ khai đã được phân kiểm để tiến hành kiểm tra hàng hóa.

- Khi kiểm hóa xong, cơ quan Hải Quan bộ phận kiểm hóa sẽ thông quan cho lô hàng nếu không có gì sai xót.
