Hướng dẫn các đội thi công, các thầu phụ thực hiện công việc theo đúng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cũng như bản vẽ đã được chấp thuận bởi tư vấn, chủ đầu tư.

Có khả năng bóc tách và lập dự toán công trình.
