Kết quả đạt được cô đặc dịch chiết ở 90oC trong 60 phút sau đó phối trộn maltodextrin với tỉ 15% về khối lượng, sấy phun ở 90oC, lưu lượng nhập liệu 5rpm, áp suất 3bar. Sản phẩm trà hòa tan tạo thành khi phối trộn bột bụp giấm:đường xay:bột hươngdâu theo tỉ lệ 1:22:6 về khối lượng.
