Khối lượng do thiết kế tính thừa, thiếu: Đối với khối lượng do thiết kế tính thừa hoặc thiếu, thì nguyên tắc xác nhận khối lượng như sau:
- Khối lượng thiết kế tính thừa so với bản vẽ thi công thì xác nhận khối lượng thi công đúng theo thực tế thi công.
- Khối lượng thiết kế tính thiếu thì xác nhận khối lượng thi công đúng theo dự toán thi công, phần khối lượng do tính thiếu được Nhà thầu thi công đề nghị lên Đoàn giám sát xác nhận riêng. Việc thanh toán khối lượng này sẽ do Chủ đầu tư quyết định.
