+ Tư vấn cho Hội đồng quản trị về việc thực hiện chính sách đối với lao động lộng lẫy, giám sát và đề xuất mức lương quy định tăng mức lương phù hợp với thoả ước lao động tập thể.
+ Giải quyết các thủ tục nghỉ hưu, thôi việc cho người lao động, thực hiện bảo vệ nội bộ, các cơ quan bảo vệ.
+ Giải quyết các công việc hàng ngày phát sinh với công việc liên quan đến quản lý hành chính, quản lý theo dõi công văn, tài liệu lưu trữ...
