Hai bên thoả thuận ký kết hợp đồng

Hai bên thoả thuận ký kết hợp đồng tư vấn khảo sát, lập Báo cáo kinh tế kỹ thuật công trình với những điều khoản sau:
Điều 1. Nội dung công việc:
Bên A đồng ý giao và bên B đồng ý nhận thực hiện tư vấn khảo sát, lập BCKTKT-DT công trình: Công ty TNHH Baosteel Can Making Huế Việt Nam, thị xã Hương Thủy, tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế với các nội dung sau:
- Khảo sát phục vụ lập báo cáo kinh tế kỹ thuật.
- Lập hồ sơ báo cáo kinh tế kỹ thuật và dự toán.
Điều 2. Chất lượng và các yêu cầu kỹ thuật, mỹ thuật:
- Chất lượng công việc do bên B thực hiện phải đáp ứng được yêu cầu của bên A, phải tuân thủ theo các quy định hiện hành của Nhà nước và các quy trình quy phạm chuyên ngành khác.
- Công tác khảo sát xây dựng, chất lượng và các yêu cầu kỹ thuật thực hiện theo Luật Xây dựng, Nghị định số 15/2013/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ.
- Công tác lập thiết kế xây dựng công trình, chất lượng và yêu cầu kỹ thuật thực hiện theo Luật xây dựng, Nghị định số 46/2015/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ.
- Hồ sơ thiết kế đảm bảo các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước chấp thuận thỏa thuận kỹ thuật, đấu nối và đưa công trình đưa vào sử dụng.
