Điều 37. Tổng Giám đốc
1. Tổng Giám đốc là Người đại diện theo pháp luật, điều hành hoạt động hằng ngày của Tập đoàn, điều hành kế hoạch phối hợp kinh doanh theo mục tiêu, kế hoạch phù hợp với Điều lệ Tập đoàn và các nghị quyết, quyết định của Hội đồng thành viên; chịu trách nhiệm trước Hội đồng thành viên và trước pháp luật về việc thực hiện các quyền và nhiệm vụ được giao.
2. Tổng Giám đốc là thành viên Hội đồng thành viên do Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn bổ nhiệm, miễn nhiệm, cách chức, khen thưởng, kỷ luật theo đề nghị của Hội đồng thành viên Tập đoàn.
3. Tổng Giám đốc được bổ nhiệm với nhiệm kỳ năm (05) năm. Tổng Giám đốc có thể được bổ nhiệm lại.
4. Quy trình bổ nhiệm, miễn nhiệm Tổng Giám đốc theo quy định của pháp luật.
