Riêng chai cổ dài chỉ mới xuất hiện từ năm 2003 và không được bán đại trà như dạng lon và dạng chai cổ ngắn mà chỉ được bán ở những nơi sang trọng, cao cấp như: bar, vũ trường, … và được sử dụng trong các sự kiện quan trọng do Heineken tổ chức.
