Ủ bột lần 1: Gập và vê tròn khối bột, cho vào tô ủ đã quét dầu ăn, lật lật khối bột để dầu ăn phủ cả mặt trên và dưới, đậy khăn ẩm lên trên hoặc bọc bằng màng bọc thực phẩm để bột không bị khô mặt trong quá trình ủ (bản thân mình thấy dùng màng bọc hiệu quả mà gọn gàng sạch sẽ hơn dùng khăn). Ủ bột 1 tiếng hoặc đến khi bột nở gấp đôi, dùng 2 ngón tay ấn vào khối bột mà không thấy bột phồng trở lại.
