Đề tài “Đánh giá mức độ hài lòng củ

Đề tài “Đánh giá mức độ hài lòng của doanh nghiệp khi thực hiện thủ tục hải quan tại Cục Hải quan thành phố Cần Thơ” được tiến hành với mục đích đánh giá mức độ hài lòng của doanh nghiệp khi thực hiện thủ tục hải quan tại Cục Hải quan thành phố Cần Thơ, từ đó đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao mức độ hài lòng của doanh nghiệp khi thực hiện thủ tục hải quan tại Cục Hải quan thành phố Cần Thơ.
Nghiên cứu được tiến hành phỏng vấn trên 151 khảo sát. Thang đo được đánh giá thông qua phương pháp thống kê mô tả, phân tích độ tin cậy Cronbach’s alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA và phân tích hồi quy đa biến. Thông tin thu thập được sẽ được xử lý bằng phần mềm SPSS 22.0.
Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, có 4 nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến mức độ hải lòng của doanh nghiệp, mức độ ảnh hưởng được liệt kê từ cao đến thấp, đó là: Khả năng đáp ứng và phục vụ, Phương tiện hữu hình, Sự đồng cảm, Mức độ tin cậy.
Qua kết quả nghiên cứu, cũng đã đề ra một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng khi đến giao dịch tại Cục Hải quan thành phố Cần Thơ.
