Đối với cơ chế ghi nhận, khen thưởng thì công ty có hệ thống “Suggestion scheme” nhằm ghi nhận những ý tưởng cải tiến của bất kỳ nhân viên nào trong nhà máy. Hệ thống này sẽ tổng hợp và đánh giá vào từng tháng, từng quý và từng năm để có thể lựa chọn những cải tiến khả thi nhất và mang lại hiệu quả cao nhất. Do vậy, mỗi người nhân viên đều có 3 cơ hội để đạt được giải thưởng này. Tuy nhiên, điều kiện của hệ thống này là mỗi nhân viên đều phải có ít nhất 2 ý tưởng cải tiến được đồng ý bởi người quản lý trực tiếp trong vòng 1 năm và nó được đưa vào tiêu chí đánh giá của nhân viên. Nếu không đủ điều kiện này thì họ sẽ bị trừ thưởng. Cuối cùng, công ty cũng rất may mắn vì có 1 người lãnh đạo xuất thân từ Nhật Bản nên những kiến thức của ông về Lean, những kinh nghiệm mà ông có được đều rất có ích trong việc triển khai Lean tại công ty.

However, the condition of the system is that each employee must have at least 2 improvement idea was agreed by the Manager directly within 1 year and it is added to the employee's evaluation criteria. If not eligible, they will be the exception. Finally, the company is also very fortunate to have 1 leader who came from Japan so his knowledge about Lean, the experience that he has been very helpful in implementing Lean in the company.
