Điều 13: Nghỉ không có lý do chính đáng
Các trường hợp Người lao động nghỉ làm ngoài những quy định từ Điều 6 đến Điều 12 của Nội quy, sẽ bị xem là nghỉ không có lý do chính đáng và sẽ bị xử lý theo quy định của Bộ luật lao động hiện hành.
