đ) Có trách nhiệm thực hiện việc bảo trì đối với phần sở hữu riêng kịp thời và phù hợp theo quy định trong quy chế này nhằm mục đích đảm bảo sự thống nhất, đồng bộ và vẻ mỹ quan chung cho Khu căn hộ. Phải thông báo cho doanh nghiệp quản lý vận hành Khu căn hộ hoặc Ban quản lý kế hoạch xây dựng, sửa chữa bên trong căn hộ có đính kèm bản vẽ. Đối với các hoạt động có thể gây ảnh hưởng đến kết cấu chịu lực, sức bền, tuổi thọ của công trình, kiến trúc chung, mỹ quan khu vực, người yêu cầu phải nhận được sự chấp thuận bằng văn bản của Chủ đầu tư;
