Theo điều tra khảo sát của cán bộ PPMU; 30/50 hộ gia đình tăng thêm là hộ được khảo sát mới, còn lại 20 hộ đã thuộc danh sách khảo sát năm 2013, tuy nhiên tại thời điểm đó họ chưa hiểu rõ được tiêu chuẩn của 1 nhà tiêu hợp vệ sinh, nên họ ko đăng ký xây dựng nhà vệ sinh từ nguồn vốn của dự án. Đến thời điểm hiện nay, khi công tác truyền thông về vệ sinh môi trường của dự án được triển khai thì nhận thức về nhà tiêu hợp vệ sinh của người dân được nâng cao,. Do đó, họ đề nghị được nhận hỗ trợ để xây dựng phần ngầm nhà vệ sinh từ nguồn vốn ADB. Để đảm bảo quyền lợi của các hộ dân hưởng lợi từ dự án, PPMU đã đề nghị bổ sung 50 hộ tăng thêm được nhận hỗ trợ xây dựng phần ngầm nhà vệ sinh.
