Đồng thời, Bên A và Bên B đồng ý thanh lý Hợp đồng gia công số 01/USA-VNN ký ngày 10/05/2015 và phụ lục hợp đồng gia công số 01/PLHĐGC/USA-VNN ngày 08/08/2015 sau khi bên B đã hoàn tất gia công sản phẩm cho bên A theo yêu cầu.
