Tôi không thể tạo cơ sở dữ liệu bằn

Tôi không thể tạo cơ sở dữ liệu bằng panel. Khi tôi tạo cơ sở dữ liệu hệ thống báo "Data Entered", nhưng db không hiển thị ra trong trang danh sách. Trước khi cài đặ CWP tôi đã cài đặt MYSQL. Tôi chỉ có thể truy cập phpmyadmin bằng tài khoản root.
