Trong khoảng thời gian thực tập 2 tháng qua, đầu tiên tôi xin cảm ơn tiến sĩ Nguyễn Hòa Mai Phương cũng là giảng viên hướng dẫn của tôi,lời cảm ơn này tôi dành cho cô ấy vì nhờ có sự hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, tận tụy nên tôi có thể hoàn thành tốt bài báo cáo. Tôi muốn dành lời cảm ơn đến Ông Nguyễn Phương Đông, người hướng dẫn thực tập cho tôi tại resort Minh Tâm, đã dành thời gian truyền đạt kinh nghiệm cũng như kiến thức về ngành lễ tân khách sạn cho tôi. Nhờ vậy, tôi hiểu hơn về công việc định hướng của tôi trong tương lai, tôi có thể trau dồi và hoàn thiện bản thân hơn. Cuối cùng, tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn tất cả giảng viên trong khoa ngoại ngữ đã tạo điều kiện tốt để tôi có thể thuận lợi trong việc thực tập và hoàn chỉnh bài báo cáo cá nhân này.
