15.1 15.2 Khi xảy ra trường hợp bất khả kháng, bên bị ảnh hưởng bởi sự kiện bất khả kháng phải kịp thời thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên kia về sự kiện đó và nguyên nhân gây ra sự kiện. Đồng thời, chuyển cho bên kia giấy xác nhận về sự kiện bất khả kháng đó được cấp bởi một tổ chức có thẩm quyền tại nơi xảy ra sự kiện bất khả kháng.
