Trong khoảng thời gian trước chúng tôi đang thiếu QC và có quá nhiều đơn hàng cần xử lý. Mặc dù vậy, những QC mới tuyển vào chưa đủ khả năng để kiểm tra hàng. Do đó một số QC đã phải làm thêm để kịp kế hoạch.
Chúng tôi đã đào tạo thêm cho một số công nhân tay nghề giỏi để bổ sung cho bộ phận QC và khắc phục được tình trạng tăng ca trong tháng 08/2016.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In the period ahead we are missing too many QC and process orders. Even so, the new QC in not enough possibilities to check. So some QC had to do more to catch up with the plan.We have more training for some good skilled workers to supplement the QC and rectify the situation in overtime, 17, 2016.

In the previous period we're missing QC and too many orders to be processed. However, the new QC recruited not afford to inspection. Therefore some additional QC had to keep up the plan.
We have some additional training for skilled workers to complement the QC department and fix the situation overtime in the month 08/2016.
