Tôi tên là Công, tôi đã mua sản phẩm điện thoại của công ty vào ngày 02 tháng 9 năm 2015 tại cửa hàng thế giới di động Cẩm Phả - Quảng Ninh, tên sản phẩm là Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Tôi rất hài lòng về tính năng của sản phẩm này nhưng khi sử dụng nó được 20 ngày thì xảy ra sự cố với sản phẩm, màn hình không thể hiển thị và tối đen. Sản phẩm mà tôi đã mua vẫn còn trong thời gian bảo hành vì vậy tôi đã ngay lập tức gửi sản phẩm của mình đến cửa hàng đã mua để được bảo hành. Nhân viên tại cửa hàng đã hẹn tôi sau 10 ngày sẽ có kết quả, tuy nhiên sau 20 ngày tôi vẫn chưa được nhận lại sản phẩm của mình. Vì vậy tôi viết thư này gửi đến công ty Samsung Việt Nam, đề nghị công ty thực hiện đúng cam kết bảo hành sản phẩm của mình, để tôi có thể sử dụng lại điện thoại Samsung Galaxy Note 5 mà mình đã đặt niềm tin vào khi mua.
Tôi rất mong sẽ sớm nhận được hồi âm từ công ty, tôi xin cám ơn!
