Điều 5. Thẩm quyền cấp Giấy phép thành lập Văn phòng đại diện
1. Sở Công Thương các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương nơi thương nhân dự kiến đặt trụ sở Văn phòng đại diện ngoài khu công nghiệp, khu chế xuất, khu kinh tế, khu công nghệ cao thực hiện việc cấp, cấp lại, điều chỉnh, gia hạn, thu hồi Giấy phép thành lập Văn phòng đại diện và chấm dứt hoạt động của Văn phòng đại diện trong trường hợp việc thành lập Văn phòng đại diện chưa được quy định tại văn bản quy phạm pháp luật chuyên ngành.
