ĐIỀU 13. GIẢI QUYẾT TRANH CHẤP13.1. Nếu có bất kỳ tranh chấp nào giữa Bên Mua và Bên Bán phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Hợp Đồng, hai bên sẽ tiến hành thỏa thuận, thương lượng trên tinh thần hợp tác.13.2. Nếu Bên Mua hoặc Bên Bán cho rằng không có khả năng tranh chấp được giải quyết theo khoản 12.1 của Điều này, tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết bằng trọng tài quốc tế tại Singapore (SIAC). Tất cả chi phí cho việc phân xử đó (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở bất kỳ khoản phí luật sư hợp lý nào) sẽ do Bên thua kiện chịu. Hội đồng sẽ bao gồm ba trọng tài. ARTICLE 13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 13.1. If there is any dispute between the Buyer and the Seller arising from or related to the Contract, the two parties will negotiate and negotiate in a spirit of cooperation. 13.2. If the Buyer or Seller considers that there is no possibility of the dispute being resolved under Clause 12.1 of this Article, the dispute will be resolved by international arbitration in Singapore (SIAC). If the buyer or seller believes that the dispute cannot be resolved in accordance with Article 12.1 of this Article, the dispute shall be resolved through Singapore International Arbitration (SIAC). All costs of such arbitration (including but not limited to any reasonable legal fees) shall be borne by the losing party. The committee will consist of three judges. The language of the referee will be English. The award made by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
