 Đặt/ Đổi tên bàn
o Chọn vị trí ô cần đặt/ đổi tên bàn
o Nhập tên mới ở ô Tên
o Nhấn nút Cập nhật để xác nhận
 Tắt mở khu vực:
o Chọn bàn
o Nhận vào nút Tắt hoặc Mở để sử dụng hoặc không sử dụng bàn đó
o Lưu ý : bàn đang có khách (màu đỏ) thì không thể thay đổi thông tin hoặc tắt mở được
o Nhấn nút Cập nhật để xác nhận

7. Cài đặt tính giờ (Sử dụng tính giờ cho Karaoke)
Ở giao diện màn hình “cài đặt” chọn cài đặt “tính giờ”
• Tạo block tính giờ mới:
Chọn lệnh “tạo mới”
Khai báo thông tin: đặt tên block, thời gian của block, giá, rồi chọn “sử dụng”

* VD: Từ 7h đến 17h………….giá 50.000/tiếng
Từ 17h đến 0h………….giá 80.000/ tiếng
Từ 0h đến 7h …………. giá 100.000/ tiếng
Block tính tiền giờ là 15 phút

* Công thức tính tiền giờ block 15 phút như sau:
7h- 17h: (50.000/60) x 15 phút = 12.500/ block 15 phút
17h- 0h: (80.000/60) x 15 phút = 20.000/ block 15 phút
0h- 7h: (100.000/60) x 15 phút = 25.000/ block 15 phút

* Khi nhập vào phần mềm ta thao tác như sau:
Trước tiên là đặt tên block: 15P
Khai báo thời gian của block: 15
Sau đó nhập giá tiền đã tính ở trên vào phần mềm ở mục set giá
Giá 1: 12.500 từ 7h đến 17h
Giá 2: 20.000 từ 17h đến 0h
Giá 3: 25.000 từ 0h đến 7h
Lưu ý:
 Block 15 phút: cứ qua 1 phút của block 15P thì sẽ cộng thêm 12.500 đối với giá 1 (nghĩa là nếu khách hát 16 phút= 12.500 (giá 15 phút của block thứ I) + 12.500 (giá 1 phút bước qua block thứ II) = 25.000), tính tương tự cho giá 2 và 3. Hoặc chọn Block 3 phút thì đơn giá cũng sẽ được tính chẵn như trên.
 Block tính giờ: tùy theo cách quản lý mà chọn sao cho dễ tính, nhưng đơn vị tính luôn là phút.
 Nếu chỉ có 2 mức giá thì cài 2 giá không nhất thiết phải cài đặt cho đủ 3 mức giá
Chọn “ sử dụng”
Chọn lệnh “thêm” để lưu lại
• Sửa block tính giờ
Chọn block tính giờ cần sửa
Khai báo lại thông tin cần chỉnh sửa
Chọn lệnh “sửa” để lưu lại
