Nếu một bên vi phạm các nghĩa

Nếu một bên vi phạm các nghĩa vụ của hợp đồng và gây thiệt hại cho bên kia thì có trách nhiệm bồi thường thiệt hại cho bên còn lại. Mức bồi thường thiệt hại là 5% giá trị hợp đồng.

If a party violates the obligations of the contract and to harm the other party shall be liable in damages to the rest. The compensation level is 5% of the contract value.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If one party breaches the obligations of the contract and damages caused to the other party, they shall have in damages to the other party. Level of compensation for damages is 5% of the contract value.
